1. Keep Drivers, Trucks & Trailers in Sync

Your Samsara drivers, trucks, and trailers stay in sync with Axle Flow automatically.

2. See Driver Availability When Dispatching

When assigning a trip, you can now see each driver’s hours remaining, current location, scheduled time off, and when they’ll next be available — all pulled live from Samsara.

3. Message Drivers Through Samsara

Send messages to drivers directly from Axle Flow and they’ll receive them in their Samsara app. Driver replies come back into Axle Flow automatically.

4. Trip Stops Appear in the Samsara Driver App

Once a driver is dispatched in Axle Flow, their stops and route automatically show up in the Samsara Driver App. Any updates you make in Axle Flow sync to Samsara right away.

5. Hours Driven Auto-Fill in Driver Pay

Hours logged in Samsara are automatically pulled into the driver pay settlement. No more manually looking up or entering hours driven.

6. Vehicle Inspection Results Sync Automatically

When a driver completes a vehicle inspection in the Samsara app, the truck or trailer record in Axle Flow is automatically updated with the result and any reported defects.

7. Drivers Can Request Time Off from Samsara

Drivers can submit time-off requests from the Samsara app and they’ll appear automatically in Axle Flow’s driver calendar. No extra steps needed from dispatchers.

8. Drop & Hook Updates Flow Into Axle Flow

When a driver drops or picks up a trailer using a Samsara form, the load in Axle Flow updates automatically with the right trailer — no manual update needed.

9. Driver Photos Attach to Loads Automatically

Photos taken by drivers through Samsara — like proof of delivery or bill of lading photos — are automatically attached to the correct load in Axle Flow.
